Panels

Samco has over 30 years of experience on efficient rollforming solutions for the steel construction industry.

The company is one of the fastest growing and most significant, innovative and comprehensive suppliers in the sheet metal processing industry, providing solutions for companies in the metal building construction industry.

Position in the Industry

The affordable Workhorse IRONCLAD™ panel rollformer was engineered for customers who want Samco quality combined with those features that would most help their business, but without all the bells and whistles. The Workhorse IRONCLAD™ has what it takes to make any profile.

  • R-panel, corrugated panel, lines
  • Multiple profiles or double hi with rapid changeover using rafting.
  • Flying shear provides continuous non-stop production as an option
  • Variable speed control and programmable length system.
  • Quality roll tooling for custom profiles available

Roof and Wall Panel Roll Former Machines

  • Highest quality end product as a result of tool expertise
  • Impressive production capacity
  • Excellent price/quality ratio for demanding production (for heavy capacity requirements)
  • Modularity and accurate documentation (traceability, standard components, spare parts availability, service, cost efficiency with international supply network)
  • Great line reliability and increased production process efficiency thanks to AMS control, Eclipse production control system and upgraded constructions (servo)
  • Servo technology used has been developed further in order to reach top speeds more quickly without compromising measurement accuracy, durability and reliability
  • As a consequence, a 40 percent increase in production capacity and significant improvements in product quality have been reached through enhanced usability and better measurement accuracy
  • Tile lines represent the absolute top of the industry on the basis of their speed and of the end product’s quality. By using the Servo technique and twin press the production speeds can reach up to 16 m/min

Trapezoidal Lines

  • High quality deep profiles (surface, straightness, accuracy, cutting)
  • Best price/quality relation for load bearing profile lines on the market
  • Modularity and accurate documentation (traceability, standard components, spare parts availability, service, cost efficiency with international supply network)
  • Forming sequence in rollforming section is optimized according to each profile, which ensures good end product surface quality with different materials and coatings, end product straightness and accuracy and smooth line operation
  • Great line reliability and increased production process efficiency thanks to AMS control and Eclipse production control system
  • Designed for the demanding industrial production (robust lines with high production capacity)

Capabilities

Trapezoidal lines: Samco has capabilities to build single, double and cassette type trapez lines for the production of trapezoidal profile. The lines are designed for one or a range of different profiles manufacturing with the production speed of 40 m/min.

Profiles and Rollformers

  • Roof tile panels
  • Low and high trapezoidal panels
  • Wall cassette profiles
  • Cladding profiles

Samco evolves as customers keep raising expectations for roll former manufacturers

The roll forming industry is a moving target… changing, evolving, advancing all the time. In today’s market, customers need agility; custom production at increased speeds within efficient footprints. This leads to a greater return on investment and lower production costs. And while this thinking is intuitively practical, it is far less easy. Samco Machinery has learned that if you want to make equipment perform to the increasing needs of customers, then the systems and people used to develop the equipment must also be as agile.
