Stud Rollforming

Samco’s Drywall lines run the non-load bearing 20-25 GA stud and track at line speeds over 400 feet per minute with a length accuracy of +/- 0.030” even at top speed. These lines can also come with a full range of automated packaging machines so that you can reduce the labor on each line by at least 2 operators.

Structural Lines

Samco’s Structural lines run the load-bearing 12, 14 & 16 GA stud, track and floor joist products beginning with 55 Minimum yield coil stock. These Rapid Change structural lines come in both pre-cut and post-cut designs ---- and allow the operator to change the flange height and the web width roll tooling literally at the touch of a button. Many of our customers will make 10-12 product size changes in a single shift --- allowing them to offer 24-hour delivery to their customers. Minimum downtime, minimum labor, top line speeds, high length accuracy, automated roll changeovers, automated packaging systems and easy maintenance are just a few of the reasons that customers rely on Samco’s stud roll forming lines.
