A Canadian based Rollforming Systems manufacturer, Samco Machinery and Finnish based, Formia Technology Group have announced their global strategic alliance. The SamcoFormia Global group will bring these two companies together and become a global supplier with local presence.
Samco Machinery has its design and manufacturing operations in Canada and India. The company employs 125 people and it has a strong local presence in North, Central and South Americas and India.
Formia Technology Group has its own design and manufacturing operations in Finland, Russia and China. The company employs 165 people and it has a strong local presence in Europe and inside the Commonwealth of the Independent States (Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and all other ex-Soviet Union states).
SamcoFormia Global will operate as one worldwide supplier of roll forming, sheet metal processing and material handling solutions with the needed local presence for construction, racking and shelving, HVAC, and automotive industries.
SamcoFormia Global will conduct its worldwide business in a standardized way and use common resources of the alliance members for R&D, sourcing, production and service in Canada, Finland, Russia, India and China.
