History
Formia specializes in roofing and cladding solutions. We have built various rollforming lines for steel tiles, sheet metal flashings, snap-lock products with concealed fix, low and high trapezoidal profiles, siding profiles and wall cassette profiles. Formia quality stands out especially in the demanding production lines of steel tiles and high bearing profiles. Our roll tooling and press/cutting tool expertise are significant especially when the yield strengths, thicknesses and coatings vary strongly in the used materials.

Capabilities
Tile lines: Formia has capabilities to build single, twin and universal tile lines for the production of varying steel tile profiles. The lines can be equipped with a single press, twin press or integrated press cutter and use servo technology to reach production speed of up to 16 m/min.
Trapezoidal lines: Formia has capabilities to build single, double and cassette type trapez lines for the production of trapezoidal profile. The lines are designed for one or a range of different profiles manufacturing with the production speed of 40 m/min.
