These systems eliminate 2 workers off the end of the roll former and provides a much safer work environment.
Master Bundlers for stud and track
These machines bundle the nestled stud. They come with an automated strapper. (show video of a master bundler)
Nesters for stud and track
These machines nestle the stud when it comes off the rollformer. The stud and track industry runs rollformers at 500 fpm at times so these nesters can keep up with the demand!
The Samco Studmaker is one machine designed to to it all - from 12 guage to 25 guage, 3 5/8 inch stud to 14 inch joist. Watch Samco's Studmaker video!
Roof or Wall panel stackers
These machines stack the panels. They are programmed to move the stack of panel when it reaches a certain number in the stack. The conveyor then takes that stack to the area a forklift would come and pick it up.
