These rapid change roll formers feature powered lateral movement of split roll tooling for fast changes in profile width.

Universal Mills

These versatile mills offer flexible ranges in vertical stand heights, shaft diameter and horizontal centres with individually-driven gear boxes at each stand. They are also available with Rapid Change Rafting Feature.

Toggle Mills

These mills are considered to be the workhorse of the custom roll forming industry due to their large vertical range. All mills include a Samtrol™ quick top shaft disconnect feature wherever top drive on an individual pass is not desired.

Gear Mills

These robust mills provide high tolerance roll forming capabilities where closer horizontal centres are required. Gear mills are idea for smaller diameter roll tooling.

Thru-shaft Duplex Mills

These rapid change roll formers combine the flexibility of the duplex action with the strength of a full arbor shaft, and are ideal for heavy gauge or high strength steel applications.
