Master Bundlers for stud and track
These Master Bundler machines bundle the nestled stud when it comes off the roll former. They come with an automated strapper.
Nesters for stud and track
These machines nest the stud when it comes off the roll former. The stud and track industry runs roll formers at 500 fpm and these nesters can keep up with the demand!
The Samco Studmaker™ is one roll forming machine designed to do it all - from 12 gauge to 25 gauge, 3 5/8 inch stud to 14 inch joist.
Roof or Wall panel stackers
These machines stack the panels at the end of the roll forming line. They are programmed to move the stack of panels when it reaches a certain number in the stack. The conveyor then takes that stack to the area where a forklift can pick it up.
